Petition to Assist Catholic Schools
We are immensely grateful to all who have signed our petition to Governor Baker requesting that Catholic schools receive just funding from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act or the CARES Act. We implore you to spread the word and share this petition with family members and others who value Catholic education, as the COVID-19 crisis is posing extreme financial hardship on our schools.

The Governor’s Emergency Education Relief Fund allows Governor Baker to provide much needed financial support to education related entities within the state using funds from the CARES Act. Massachusetts Catholic schools serve the academic, spiritual, and community support needs of many low-income, working-class and middle-income families. Public schools benefit from the tax dollars of Catholic school families and, at this time of unprecedented need, Governor Baker should value the work of Catholic schools with financial support through the relief fund.
We implore you to spread the word with three friends and let your voices be heard!
